Reception at the Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Belarus

On May 29, 2025, a working meeting was held between the management of the Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and business representatives of the Brest region with E.A. Sultanbaev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Belarus.

During the meeting, the guests were presented in detail with the region’s trade and economic potential, the areas of activity of the Brest branch, the main tasks for the development of international cooperation and the strengths of the region’s economy.

The Kyrgyz side noted the potential for developing bilateral relations in various sectors of the economy, including supplies of food products, furniture, equipment for the food industry, and humic fertilizers from Belarus.

Representatives of the following companies took part in the meeting from the Belarusian side: LLC “Belovezhkhimprom”, LLC “Anreks”, LLC “Agropishcheprom”, LLC “Destylemebel”, and OJSC “Brestkhleboprodukt”, who made presentations on their activities and put forward proposals for cooperation. In particular, LLC “Agropishcheprom” is interested in exporting equipment for the food industry to the Kyrgyz market and is considering the possibility of opening a production branch in Kyrgyzstan. The Kyrgyz side expressed great interest in purchasing humic fertilizers from LLC “Belovezhkhimprom”. They separately noted the high quality of cabinet and upholstered furniture produced in the Republic of Belarus. The director of LLC “Destylemebel” demonstrated the technical characteristics of modular upholstered furniture as part of the enterprise's exposition on the ground floor of the Brest branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
