Examination of reliability

According to the Regulation on the Examination of valuation authenticity procedure, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on February 10, 2011, No. 173 “On some measures of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus implementation of August 6, 2010, No. 410”, Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise performs examination of authenticity of the independent and internal valuation.

The examination of authenticity of internal valuation is a package of actions aimed at internal valuation validity and compliance of calculations with the legislation.

The examination of the authenticity of independent valuation is a package of actions aimed at verification of compliance valuation conclusion and report with laws on objects of civil rights valuation credibility, which are also mandatory for compliance with technical codes of common practice, specified by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus as well as independent valuation validity.
