Certificate of goods of own production

Certificates of Own Works and Services are issued after examination to certify the origin of works and services. Certificates are issued on the basis of the legal entities and private entrepreneurs’ applications. This Certificate entitles the applicant to get tax, customs and other privileges provided by the law of the Republic of Belarus

Certificate of Own Works and Services is issued by the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise after examination on the basis of Examination Report on qualifying works (services) as own production. Criteria and conditions for being qualified as works and services of own production are specified in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers dd. December 17, 2001 No. 1817 “On approval of Regulation on qualification of products (works and services) as own production”.
