Certificate of goods of own production

On 31.01.2025, the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated January 30, 2025 No. 59 “On Amending the Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 17, 2001 No. 1817 and October 20, 2010 No. 1520” came into force.

In accordance with the adopted amendments, certificates of products (works and services) of own production can be issued on paper and (or) in the form of an electronic copy of a document on paper or in the form of an electronic document.

The possibility of using an electronic certificate of own production for taxation purposes and participation in tenders has been worked out by the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, the National Center for Marketing and Price Study, and the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange.

From 01.09.2025, the BelCCI plans to completely switch to issuing certificates of own production in the form of an electronic document. In this case, the cost of obtaining certificates on paper or in the form of an electronic copy of a certificate on a paper form will be significantly higher.

In this regard, the BelCCI has provided the opportunity to submit an application and a package of documents for an examination and (or) obtaining certificates for products (works and services) of its own production in the form of electronic copies of documents on paper or in the form of electronic documents.

Submission and receipt of electronic documents will reduce the costs of manufacturers associated with the need to travel to the BelCCI.
