Establishment of the Coordination Center of the Chinese Center for Technology Transfer of the SCO Member States in the city of Minsk

As part of the visit of the delegation of the SCO Member States Technology Transfer Center-China, timed to coincide with the official visit of the Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus, a meeting was held between the Head of the Minsk branch of the BelCCI and the representatives of the Chinese delegation.

During the meeting, the Director General of the Minsk branch of the BelCCI Sergey Nabeshko and the Director of the SCO Member States Technology Transfer Center-China Zhao Zhongyuan signed an Agreement on the establishment of a joint Coordination Center of the SCO Member States Technology Transfer Center-China in Minsk.

The center has the following tasks: providing international services in the field of innovation, science and technology, business, economics and trade; attracting investment; creating joint educational programmes; organizing visits, internships and training programmes.

During the meeting, the parties outlined the priority areas of cooperation: education, medicine, trade and investment, and also science and technology. They also emphasized the effectiveness of the business visit to Qingdao under the auspices of the Minsk branch of the BelCCI in August 2023, where the foundation was laid - the Agreement on Cooperation between the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the China Center for Technology Transfer of the SCO Member States was signed.
