Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a consultation day for Belarusian businesses in an open dialogue format. Company leaders and heads of relevant departments directly addressed pressing questions from representatives of the business community. The topics of the meeting included certification procedures, conducting expert evaluations and assessments, as well as effective mechanisms for carrying out foreign economic activities.
Based on an analysis of inquiries, a list of the most requested topics was identified. A significant portion of the questions pertained to certification. Chamber experts provided detailed comments regarding the nuances of obtaining a certificate of domestic production and a certificate of origin, highlighting the requirements and common mistakes in preparing the documentation package.
A separate segment of the discussion focused on regulatory legal frameworks. Participants thoroughly examined points of interest from Decree No. 3 of the Supreme State Council of the Union State dated January 29, 2024. The main emphasis was placed on the practical aspects of applying the rules established by this Decree by economic entities in the Republic of Belarus to confirm production and subsequently grant products the status of "Union State Goods".
Additionally, there was a sustained interest in the development of foreign economic activities. During the consultations, effective mechanisms for entering new markets and supporting exports were discussed, as well as the potential of the "Digital Advertising" service as an effective tool for promoting goods and services.
Due to the high demand for this format of direct interaction, the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has decided to hold Consultation Days on a regular basis.
