Heads of friendly CCIs came to Moscow to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry received a delegation of heads of the CIS and Mongolian CCIs. The visit, organised by Russia's largest association of entrepreneurs, included commemorative events and business meetings that demonstrated the inextricable link between historical memory and economic partnership.
On 8 May, together with Sergey Katyrin, President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the guests immersed themselves in the events of the war years, visiting the museum and temple complex of the Patriot Park. Interactive expositions recreating chronicles of battles and laying flowers at the monument ‘To the Mothers of Winners’ became the emotional centre of the programme. This monument is a reminder of the price paid by all peoples of the Soviet Union for peace.
