Today, a seminar was held at the Minsk branch of BCCI, focusing on changes in certification legislation that came into effect in 2025. The event was organized for a comprehensive analysis of the new regulations governing the certification processes and the confirmation of the origin of goods in the Republic of Belarus.
The meeting was opened by Irina Kutsko, the Deputy General Director for Expertise and Certification at the Minsk branch of BCCI, who emphasized the importance of the changes being discussed for businesses and government entities. The speakers included heads of departments and leading experts from the Minsk branch of BCCI in the fields of certification and expertise.
During the seminar, key concepts related to determining the country of origin of goods were revealed, along with the main changes in legislation for 2025. Attention was given to the criteria for classifying products, works, and services as domestically produced. The discussion also covered issues related to the digitization of document submission and receipt, aimed at increasing efficiency and simplifying procedures.
Detailed information was provided on the interaction with the Eurasian Economic Commission regarding the formation and maintenance of the registry of industrial goods and the process for confirming industrial production within Belarus under the current regulatory requirements.
