On mandatory revaluation as of January 1, 2024

Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 12 of January 8, 2024 amended Decree No. 622 of October 20, 2006 “On questions of revaluation of fixed assets, profitable attachments in tangible assets, objects of construction in progress and the equipment to installation.”

The following is provided in the document:

• mandatory annual revaluation of buildings, structures and transfer units for all organizations;
• voluntary revaluation of other types of property (machinery, equipment, etc.) by the decision of the Head of the organization. 

The Decree comes into force on January 10, 2024 and applies to the relations arising from January 1, 2024.

We carry out revaluation using direct and index methods, and as well as valuation for pledging for the purpose of provision to the banks of the Republic of Belarus.

We work with Belarusbank OJSSB, Belinvestbank OJSC, Belgasprombank OJSC, Paritetbank OJSC, Priorbank OJSC, BelVEB Bank OJSC, BNB-Bank OJSC, MTBank CJSC, Belgazprombank OJSC, Bank Dabrabyt OJSC, Technobank OJSC, Alfa-bank CJSC.

We would like to inform you that on January 12, 2024 Sber Bank OJSC included the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI into the List of valuation organizations, accredited by the bank. The valuation organizations included into the List are recommended to the bank’s clients if they need to assess the value of pledged objects for the transactions exposed to credit risk.
