5 August 2025

In light of ongoing efforts to potentially sign a trade agreement between the EAEU and Indonesia, the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelTPP) is actively assisting Belarusian businesses in entering this lucrative market of over 280 million people.

During a visit to Jakarta, the leadership of Promira LLC (a member of BelTPP) held a series of meetings and negotiations with potential Indonesian partners.

The discussions centred around collaboration in the following areas:
- Production and supply of high-voltage and low-voltage complete devices, substations;
Supply of industrial electrical equipment;
Metal production;
Execution of electrical installation and commissioning works.

A meeting also took place with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Indonesia, Roman Romanovsky. During the meeting, current logistics schemes, options for entering the Indonesian market, and the implementation of potential projects were discussed.

The Minsk branch of BelTPP continues its systematic work to inform Belarusian enterprises about the prospects of the Indonesian market, organising consultations and business missions.
