On February 23, 2021 Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a webinar «Transactions of affiliated and interdependent parties. Large transactions of business entities».
The webinar was conducted by Yan Funk, Doctor of Laws, Professor, Chairman of the International Arbitration Court at the BelCCI.
During the webinar, the following issues were considered:
