Facilitating the implementation of interstate agreements between Uzbekistan and Belarus in terms of economic, socio-cultural, and scientific cooperation at the level of relevant ministries and departments, enterprises and organizations is one of the key vectors of international cooperation.
An example of joint intergovernmental dialogue is the second Belarusian-Uzbek women's business forum, which took place in Tashkent fr om August 26 to 28. The event combined a plenary session with thematic breakout sections and an exhibition-fair component with a multi-sectoral presentation of goods and products from Uzbek and Belarusian enterprises. The large-scale event was organized by the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
On August 27, the Belarusian side presented the Made in Belarus exposition with the participation of about 60 enterprises and organizations within the framework of the Forum under the auspices of the Unitary Enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The exhibition elements of the pavilion exposition were supplemented by exhibits within the framework of the outdoor specialized area, wh ere samples of machinery and equipment from specialized companies were demonstrated.
The scientific, socio-cultural, and economic potential was widely represented by thematic locations of the Belarusian exposition, with which the distinguished guests - the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbaeva and the Chairman of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova - were acquainted in detail by the Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhael Miatlikov.
Among the exhibitors were the flagships of the Belarusian industry: OJSC "MAZ" - the management company of the Holding "BELAVTOMAZ", OJSC "MTZ", OJSC "Gomselmash" - the management company of the Holding "GOMSELMASH", OJSC "Belkommunmash", OJSC "Horizont", and others, leading concerns of the country: "Bellegprom", "Belgospishcheprom", "Bellesbumprom", scientific and technical organizations, enterprises of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and educational institutions, representatives of the healthcare and medicine sector of Belarus: RUE "Management Company of the Holding "Belfarmprom", State Institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center Mother and Child", State Institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Neurology and Neurosurgery", and others.
