Collection of Proposals from Business Entities

The Ministry of Economy is conducting a survey among the entrepreneurs to identify the outdated and irrelevant legal norms and requirements that affect business conditions.

The entrepreneurs can submit their proposals by filling out a Google form by March 28, 2025.

All the responses received are to be thoroughly analyzed by the Ministry of Economy in collaboration with state regulators.

The initiatives of the business community aimed at decriminalizing the economic risks as well as improving legal regulation and developing the dialogue between authorities and businesses are to be considered while preparing a draft regulatory legal act by the Head of the State.
