Helpful information

Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise arranges auctions to sell property with non-state form of ownership.

In order to participate in an auction the application for participation in the auction along with the documents mentioned below should be submitted to Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise within the deadline specified in the notice:

• by private entrepreneur – a copy of the state registration certificate and its original for approval of a copy by the auctioning authority;

• by legal entity – copies of charter documents and certificate of state registration and their originals for approval of the copies by the auctioning authority, as well as power of attorney issued to the representative of the legal entity (except for the cases when a legal entity is represented by its general manager);

• by foreign legal entity, foreign organisation, which is not a legal entity, an international organisation established in accordance with legislation of foreign states, a foreign state and their administrative and territorial units represented by duly authorised bodies - duly legalised copies of charter documents, extract from the commercial register issued in the country of origin (the extract should be prepared within six months before the date of the application for participation in the auction) or other equivalent proof of the legal identity in accordance with the legislation of the country of origin, document of solvency issued by the servicing bank or other financial institution, translated into Russian or Belarusian languages and notarized;

• by foreign investor representative – duly legalised power of attorney, document of the foreign investor solvency, issued by the servicing bank or other financial institution, translated into Russian or Belarusian languages and notarized;

• by the citizen of the Republic of Belarus or private entrepreneur representative - power of attorney.

When submitting documents for participation in the auction the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens, private individuals (citizens of the Republic of Belarus and stateless persons), permanently residing outside the Republic of Belarus, as well as representatives of the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of foreign investors shall provide a passport or other identification document.

Receipt of applications for participation in the auction including all necessary documents shall be closed on a day and time specified by the auctioning authority in the notice. Applications submitted after the specified time shall not be considered. The date of the application submission shall be the date of the registration in the application for participation in the auction register.

Above mentioned legal and private entities shall be admitted to the auction if they have submitted to the auctioning authority the application including all the necessary documents on a date specified in the notice and paid a deposit to the bank account specified in the notice, who have registered in the application for participation in the auction register, have received a ticket of the auction's participant containing the date of the application registration and concluded with the auctioning authority an agreement about rights and obligations of the parties to be applied during the auction preparation and auctioning.
