Commodity Examination

Minsk Branch of BelCCI Unitary Enterprise is a commodity exchange expert certified by the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange JSC. Our highly qualified experts can perform an examination of commodity at exchange warehouse, as well as in other cases at the request and expense of the exchange trade participants.

The examination is performed upon request of the customer in accordance with the agreement of parties of the examination process.

The examination agreement is signed after preliminary negotiations and contains the following:

• details of the parties of the examination process ;

• information, needed for commodity examination in accordance with the current legislation;

• customer’s consent to meet requirements mandatory for examination and pay examination expenses regardless of its results;

• terms of examination.

The following documents shall be presented for examination:

• commercial documentation;

• shipping documentation;

• regulatory and technical documentation;

• sample-standard and (or) goods sampling (if required).

The experts of Minsk Branch of the BelCCI are entitled to demand from the customer additional documentation related to the object under examination, which fall within their competence.

Examination results are presented in the Report. Examination Report signed by the expert, which shall be registered by Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise. The registration shall be signed by the Head of the department and certified by the stamp of Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise. Registered Examination Report shall be issued to the customer.
