Certification for participation in procurement

When applying for the goods origin examination under procurement procedures and for acquisition of the certificate of origin of Form СТ-1 the bidder first needs to find out whether the these goods are listed in the:

• Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2016 No. 206 “On admission of foreign goods and suppliers of such goods to participate in public procurements” (as amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 620 on October 30, 2020)

and/or 

• Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 “On improving the procedures of goods (works, services) procurement using own funds”.
