About Registered Exporters System
In order to create a favorable environment for the export of goods made in the Republic of Belarus to the countries offering preferential tariffs for these goods:
1. Establish that:
Registration in the Exporters System, used by the Kingdom of Norway and Swiss Confederation, including change in registration data and revocation of registration in the system shall be performed by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the manner agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Customs Committee;
legal entities and private entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus planning to export goods from the customs duty area of the Eurasian Economic Union to the Kingdom of Norway and Swiss Confederation are entitled to apply to the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to be registered in the System mentioned in the paragraph two of the present point.
2. The present Decree shall come into force after its official publication. (Decree of the President of Republic of Belarus dd. June 23, 2020 No. 236)
