Useful information

Please find below a List of documents required for Free Sale Certificate:

• a copy of the contract (supplements, specifications to the contract) for delivery of the goods to a foreign state, containing the name, type, brand, model, item number, catalogue number and other information of the goods, including the information in a foreign language, allowing to identify the goods;

• the document copies permitting turnover of the goods in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (depending on the goods type, for example: Declaration of Conformity, Certificate of Compliance, Certificates of State Registration, Certificates of Hygienic State Registration, etc.);

• a copy of Manufacturing License. Only for the goods which manufacturing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus requires a License;

• a letter-confirmation from the manufacturer stating whether there have been any legislative requirements on availability or absence of such documents in relation to the applied goods.

The scanned copies of the application and attached documents upon agreement with the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise can be sent by e-mail and subsequently these documents must be submitted to the Minsk Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise in print.
