Expertise of the vehicle category
Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce Unitary Enterprise performs examination of vehicle category in accordance with classification of Technical Regulation of Customs Union 018/2011 “On reliability of the wheeled vehicles” The visual inspection of the vehicle in order to its identification is a mandatory point of the examination procedure.
The item subjects to technical regulation covered by the present Technical Regulation include wheeled vehicles of categories L, M, N and O, intended for use on all-purpose roads (hereinafter - vehicles), as well as chassis.
This Technical Regulation does not apply to the following vehicles:
1) having maximum designed speed not more than 25 km/h;
2) designed only for sports competitions;
3) of categories L and M1, which were manufactured 30 and more years ago, as well as categories М2, М3 and N not intended for commercial transportation of passengers and goods and which were manufactured 50 and more years ago, having original engines, bodies and frame (if available), preserved or restored to its initial condition;
4) allroad heavy-motor vehicles.
