Independent valuation of road vehicles: Trucks, light-motor and commercial vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, buses, cycle-cars, motorcycles, mopeds, tractors (including vehicles on tractor wheelbase), road machines, trolleybuses, trailers, semi-trailers and other road vehicles.
Independent valuation can be performed both for the whole unit and for its elements.
Objectives of the road vehicles valuation are as follows:
a) sale without auctioning or competition, including sale of property under the economic insolvency (bankruptcy) procedure;
b) non-monetary deposit to the statutory fund of the legal entity;
c) sale through a bidding process (auctioning and competition), including under the bankruptcy procedure;
d) pledge;
e) gratuitous alienation;
f) gratuitous assignment;
g) granting for free use;
h) granting for trust management;
i) exchange;
j) property inheritance;
k) settlement of property disputes;
l) recovery of loss (damage);
m) implementation of managerial decisions, except for the above mentioned;
n) inclusion of excess of assets on the balance sheet, found during inventory survey;
o) inclusion of cost-free assets on the balance sheet;
p) itemization (allocation) of the inventory item initial cost;
q) others not contradicting the applicable law.
