Written translation

Translation – is one of the most demanded services of the Department, which includes translation of both general and field-specific texts. It should be noted that for translation of field-specific texts we provide translators specializing in the given field and having proper experience. Most often we translate texts in the following area:

• technical documents (instructions, operations manuals, standards, safety certificates, tender documents, etc.);

• medical documents (pharmaceutical drugs dossier, clinical study protocols, drug package inserts, hospital discharge reports, patient records, medical certificates);

• legal documents (statutory documents, charters, abstracts from the trade register, powers of attorney, registration certificates, documents needed for business establishment and/or representative accreditation in the Republic of Belarus, court and other investigation documents, legislative and regulatory documents, etc.);

• financial and economic documents (financial statements, statements of assets and liabilities, financial reports, audit findings, information letters and bank statements, tax declarations, etc.);

• personal documents (information letters, sales and purchase agreements, technical passports, documents for study abroad, for marriage, for employment, for permanent residence, educational certificates, etc.).

We accept documents for translation on various media (in print or digital).

Our translations are accepted by the following state bodies:

• Tax Inspections of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Republic of Belarus (IMNS RB);

• Customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus;

• Citizenship and migration departments (OGiM);

• Military enlistment offices of Belarus;

• State traffic police;

• Medical equipment and pharmaceutical products certification authority.
